Mechanism no. 1 – rescheduling of principal and interest for a period of up to 9 months, but not later than 31.12.2021
Conditions:
- The term of the contract is extended by the term of the grace period;
- The remuneration interest due for the grace period is calculated on the basis of the residual principal (calculated as at the date of granting the grace period) and the variable annual interest rate accrued under the contract;
- A fee for Renegotiation / Restructuring (rescheduling, grace period, etc.) is due in the amount of BGN 350, payable upon signing the rescheduling documents;
- No lease payments (principal and interest) are paid during the selected grace period;
- After the expiration of the grace period: The payment of the monthly lease installments resumes; The amount of the remuneration interest due for the grace period is paid, together with the monthly lease payments, by successive payments equal to the number of the grace period. The first payment is due in the month following the month of expiration of the grace period.

Conditions:
- The term of the contract is extended by the term of the grace period;
- During the grace period, only the due remuneration interest is paid, which is calculated on the basis of the residual principal (as at the date of granting the grace period) and the variable annual interest rate accrued under the contract;
- After the expiration of the grace period, the payment of the monthly lease installments resumes.
The choice of a mechanism for rescheduling of liabilities is made by mutual consent of the leasing company and the customer.
