Technical maintenance of the IT systems of Allianz Bank Bulgaria

12.07.2024

From 08:00 a.m. on 20.07.2024 until 20:00 on 21.07.2024, technical maintenance of the information systems of Allianz Bank Bulgaria will be carried out. In this regard, access to Internet and mobile banking services, and the SmartID application will be temporarily restricted. 

During the period, you can make unlimited payments at POS terminals and withdraw funds through an ATM with a debit/credit card.

Change of working hours of Allianz Bank's "Tsar Osvoboditel" office in Sofia

We would like to inform you that Allianz Bank's “Tsar Osvoboditel” Business Center in Sofia will temporarily have reduced working hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. due to a technical problem.

"Dondukov" Business Center which operates with standard working hours: from 09:00 to 17:00 will be available to customers at 69 Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd.
