Form of lease contract in which the lessee uses the assets that are subject of the leasing contract. After the expiration of the contract, the used vehicle subject of the contract is returned to the lessor. Two variations of operating leases are provided:

Net operating lease – the lessee pays a monthly lease installment. All additional costs are paid separately by the lessee;
Operating lease with included costs - the monthly installment calculates: car rental; Auto Casco and Third party Liability insurance, service costs and others or part of them, the rest of them being paid when incurred by the lessee.
