Financial statements and investment performance

The Management Board proposes that the General Meeting of Shareholders of POD Allianz Bulgaria AD should distribute the Company's profit for 2021, at the total amount of BGN 21,611,805.58, as follows:

a) BGN 20,500,000.00 to be distributed as dividend among the shareholders;

b) BGN 1,111,805.58 to be accounted for as retained earnings.

The General Meeting of Shareholders of POD Allianz Bulgaria AD distributed the Company's profit for 2021, at the total amount of BGN 21,611,805.58, as follows:

a) BGN 20,500,000.00 to be distributed as dividend among the shareholders;

b) BGN 1,111,805.58 to be accounted for as capital reserve garanteeing the minimum yield of the Company.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 07.09.2022, the decision of 16.05.2022 on the distribution of the Company's profit for 2021 was amended and supplemented, as follows:

The company's profit for 2021 for distribution in the total amount of BGN 21,611,805.58 is distributed as follows:

- BGN 20,500,000.00 for shareholders' dividend;

- BGN 250,000 for the Company's Reserve Fund under Art. 246 of the Commercial Law;

- BGN 861,805.58 remains as retained earnings.

The net pension assets under POD Allianz Bulgaria AD management as at 31.12.2021 were BGN 4,330,734 thousand.

The contribution income in the funds under POD Allianz Bulgaria management for the period 01.01.2021-31.12.2021 were BGN 627 million, including BGN 167 million transferred from pension funds managed by other companies.
