Who is this insurance for?

It covers all amounts that the insured entity shall be legally liable to pay as compensation to third parties for bodily injury or damage to property due to events occuring within the policy period as a result of negligence as well as the cliams settlement costs within pre-agreed liability limits.

Scope of insurance coverage

It covers the liability of the insured in the course of insured businesss activity specified in the policy (under the liability of legal entities) or damages caused by goods that have been produced, delivered, installed, repaired or otherwise processed by the insured (product liability). The activity can be production, processing, extraction or other economic activity related to manufacturing.
The coverage includes bodily injury (including death, illness or disability) and/or damage to property.
The event causing must have occurred during the period of insurance. Damage to property means damage, disruption or destruction of property.

Limits

Limits of indemnity are negotiated, respectively for any one claim (incl. series of claims) and in aggregate for all claims during the insurance period.

Premium

It is calculated on the agreed upon limits in correlation scope of cover and business activity and other rating factors. 

Who is the insurance for?

For individuals practicing specific profession and/or providing a certain type of professional services:

  • medical staff – according to Art. 189 of the Health Act
  • notary publics – according to Act. 30 of the Notaries and Notarial Activity Act
  • lawyers – according to Act. 50 of the Bar Act;
  • designers, architects and engineers or independent construction supervision – according to Article 171 of the Spatial Development Act
  • expert accountants and auditors – Art. 33, para. 1, item 14 of the Independent Financial Audit Act
  • insurance brokers – according to Art. 156 of the Insurance Code;
  • tour operators – according to Art. 42 of the Tourism Act.

Scope of insurance coverage

Amounts that the insured will be legally liable to pay as compensation for damages to third parties as a result of negligence, errors or omissions in the course of insured profession.  We also covers all costs for settling claims approved by the insurer.

We pay damages for claims made for the first time in writing during the insurance period, provided that the event on the basis of which the claims are made occurred after the inception date of the policy.

Insurance premium

It is calculated on the basis of policy limit, insured profession and other rating factors. 

Who is this insurance for?

For all legal entities in which employees work under employment contracts.

Basic coverage

All amounts which the insured will be obliged to pay to employees as a compensation for a labour accident according the Labour code. The event must have occurred during the insurance period and must be related to performance of employment duties for the insured employer, within the working hours, and must have caused death, permanent or temporary disability.

The appropriate costs for limiting the consequences of insurance events are also covered.

Coverage extension

The coverage can be extended to include occupational sickness, for an additional insurance premium.

Limits

Limits of indemnity are negotiated:

  • for one claim (including if it led to a series of claims), and
  • in aggregate for all claims during the insurance period.

Premium

It is calculated on the basis of the policy limit in correlation with business actvity, number of employees, remuneration and other rating factors.
