Working time during the Holidays

Dear customers, 

Regarding the upcoming holidays during the period 23-27 December 2023 and on 1 January 2024, the offices of Allianz Bank will be closed. 

• On 29.12.2023 (Friday) our teams will serve customers until 12:00 p.m. 
• Allianz E-bank / Allianz Bank Mobile services will not be available from 14:00 h on 29.12.2023 until 20:00 h on 30.12.2023. 
• On 29.12.2023. payment orders via SEBRA will not be accepted.

In case of a lost and/or blocked bank card, do not hesitate to contact us on tel. 0700 13 014.
