Allianz Bulgaria Pension Company AD is part of Allianz Group family. The company has been offering supplementary voluntary retirement provision since 1994. It was registered as an independent legal entity by a decision of the Sofia City Court under company case No. 1161/1996, with a registered office and management address: Sofia, Lozenetz Municipality, 16 Srebarna Str. It was re-registered under the Commercial Register Act and entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency, by UIC: 121050885.

The company has a license to perform activities for supplementary retirement provision no. 5 dated 21.09.2000.

The company share capital is BGN 7,500,000 (seven million and five thousand), divided into 7,500,000 dematerialized registered shares, with voting rights, with a nominal value of BGN 1 each.

According to this criterion, Allianz Bulgaria Pension Company AD concluded 2020 with 22.37% market share of the assets of all the supplementary pension funds in Bulgaria.

The number of members in the supplementary pension funds managed by Allianz Bulgaria Pension Company AD as at 31.12.2020 exceeded 1,047 thousand.
