Subject-Mater Insured
ßYachts - hull and equipment;
The policyholder's interests arising out of and resulting from the direct use of a waterborne vessel.
Insurance Coverage
Hull- damages to the hull and to the whole equipment attached thereto, necessary for normal sailing/operation of the waterborne vessel:
- Damage to the hull;
- Immersion;
- Wreck/ debris removal;
- Theft and vandalism;
- Natural calamities;
- Risks related to the transportation of the waterborne vessel by land;
- Risks related to lifting or hauling out and launching to the lay-up berth;
Liabilities:
Third party liability (exclusion of the crew members) and its property, harbor facilities, collision liability;
Additional Coverage
War and strikes.
Grounds of Determination of the Sum Insured:
A purchase and sale agreement, an invoice, an expert's assessment, or eventually subject to an agreement between the company and the customer;
